Rohhotel Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We understand that plans can change, and Rohhotel wants to ensure a smooth and flexible booking experience for you. Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Window:
Full Refund: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your check-in date or “No Shows” (failing to arrive without prior notification) will result in a charge of the full stay.
Important Notes:
This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly through the Rohhotel website. Policies for third-party bookings may differ. Please refer to the booking platform’s terms and conditions for details.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), Rohhotel may offer exceptions to the standard cancellation policy. Please contact us for details.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking within 7 business days.
